Hi I Have Had Itchy Skin For Months, Little Red

Hi I have had itchy skin for months, little red spots seem to appear and in some places disappear and reappear again. I have seen Drs and have had test for allergies. The tests were inconclusive. About two years ago my dr checked for yeast with a blood test,it was mildly elevated. No skin problems then though. Is it possible to have high yeast concentration that is giving me this rash and itchiness?
