Hi , I Have Had Lichen Sclerosis For Over 20

Hi , I have had lichen sclerosis for over 20 yrs. I am now 46 yrs old and over the past 3 yrs I have had major pain issues especially in my back and hips . Terrible fatigue and neuropathy in my feet. And also tingling in my hands. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and sciatica bursitis and there is a tumor in my back between my lumbar and sacral part of my spine. Could I have been misdiagnosed? Is there a link between multiple sclerosis and lichen sclerosis?
