Hi I Have Had My Gall Bladder Removed 2mths Ago

Hi I have had my gall bladder removed 2mths ago now but my stomach is still badly swollen, is this normal? I have to let you know that I did have an operation on my bladder 12yrs ago as it was found to be perforated. My worry is that the symptoms I am having now are the same as I had while I had a problem with my bladder.
