Hi, I Have Had My Stomach Removed Due To Gasstropyresiss

Hi, I have had my stomach removed due to gasstropyresiss and other symptoms. Anyways I had been having extreme bloating and pain. After eating I get extreme pain, I know I need to eat smaller meals. If I eat any smaller meals I wont be eating. But I get extreme bloating that make me looks like I am pregnant. I take linzess 290mg to move the food along and still no relief. I have had a barium x-ray that came out ok and the scope down my throat that found nothing. What can be causing such bloating and pain? Please any words of wisdom is greatly appreciated. Thank You !
