Hi I Have Had Neck Pain For About 2weeks....pain Is

Hi I have had neck pain for about 2weeks....pain is constant and located where the back of the neck meets the area straight across from the collar bone. Is at the base right in the middle. Have some numbness and tingling in right hand and arm. The pain is about a 8/10. Hurts to move my head around and forward bending. What do you suggest ???? Some problems swallowing as well. Tried heat, cold, Vicodin, muscle relaxers and pain is getting worse.
