Hi. I Have Had Nosebleeds For A While Now, But

Hi. I have had nosebleeds for a while now, but they have gotten worse during the past month and now accompany vomiting, and lightheadedness to the point where I can pass out. Do I need to seek medical attention or is this normal with nosebleeds? Also if you know what causes this it would be appreciated as well.
