Hi I Have Had Numerous Problems With My Right Ear,when

Hi I have had numerous problems with my right ear,when I was a child (about 5) my ear stuck out so my mum took me to the Drs they said that was sticky out ear and couldn't do anything till I was 15. Have had to have gromits a few times as they kept falling out. in 2001 (when i was 11)I had a mastoidectomy to remove the mastoid bone had numerous ear infections after then, in 2009 had an operation so they could put in a pocket as my ear wasn't draining fluid n again ear infection after ear infection but when I go to the Drs they tell me they can't see anything and is all dry??? However I believe that the fluid has built up and dried causing a blockage as when I'm bending down ect my ear glugs and lets out some smelly fluid but then within minutes it dries, this is happening about 4-5 times a day, please can you give me some advice as I am worried it might progress into a more serious issue.
