Hi, I Have Had Pain At The Ball Of My

Hi, I have had pain at the ball of my foot on my right foot ( although it feels like the left foot is starting aswell) and my toes for the last three days, it feels abit like the pain when you get with cramp although I hav'nt got the spasims it's a constant pain. It's quite painfull to walk.
I'm a 42 year old female, I hav'nt excercised lately and I haven't worn high heels for a few weeks.
