Hi, I Have Had Pain On My Left Side (kidney)

Hi, I have had pain on my left side (kidney) and in the lower part of my abdomen under my belly button. I have had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy - found 2 areas (ulcers) ....everything else fine. The pain has gotten worse in those 2 areas and in the last 2 days, my rib area, stomach and back are slightly swollen -- an initial ultra sound 2 months ago saw nothing except a non-cancerous tumor in kidney and some fatty deposits around the gall bladder - hence the colonoscopy. The swelling is now majorily concerning to me... I see my gastroenterologist on Monday.
