Hi I Have Had Pain On My Right Side For

Hi I have had pain on my right side for 5 days now and I am 31 weeks pregnant they did an ultrasound and found 2 gallbladder polyps a 9mm and 6mm they said this is probably causing the pain and just to take panadol. I was wondering if there was anything else that could be done to help with the pain. Thankyou
