Hi. I Have Had Pain/tenderness At Only My Right Anterior

Hi. I have had pain/tenderness at only my right anterior pubic bone. I didn't hit it/trauma, no bruising. Feel a small ball, but I think that the lymph node. I can do all activities and no problems with bowel/bladder, no fever- every thing else is fine. I have a level pubic symphysis. Suggestions?
