Hi . I Have Had Pain That Seems To Move

Hi . I have had pain that seems to move around my body for some time now. It hits me first in my inner thigh n then moves down to my inner side of my foot. Then it may go up into my shoulder as we'll. iam going through menopause so I had assumed this was just part of that but I thought I should ask you.
