Hi, I Have Had Pain, With A Little Mass Right

Hi, I have had pain, with a little mass right under my 12th rib on the right side. It causes pain in my abdomen, groin, and lower back. Been going on for a couple of months, also sends tingling down my legs and feet. It also does flip flop sensations off and on. What could this be?
