Hi, I Have Had Problems With My Ears For The

Hi, I have had problems with my ears for the past few months, blocking and unblocking. for the past two weeks it is like i am on an airplane, i have headaches, uncomfortable neck, vertigo and some nausea. I have tried antihistamine but makes me feel even worse, flushing out my nasal passage, chewing gum, blowing to pop my ears. I have seen a doctor and they said I had a blocked estachian tube. it is really annyoing and starting to become painful. Is there anything else I can try? I live remote so there is no ENT specialist in Broome that I could find. It started in May on and off and the last weeks consistant every day.
