Hi, I Have Had Psoriasis Vulgaris For 16 Years And

Hi,
I have had psoriasis vulgaris for 16 years and I shebang for some on my elbow and knees which are hard to go away. 95% of my psoriasis dissappeared but it has left scars behind which is embarrassing. What would the best (natural or synthetical) treatment be for this?
