Hi, I Have Had Severe Pain(cramping) On The Right Side

Hi, I have had severe pain(cramping) on the right side of my body under my lower ribs that become more painful when I breath in or cough. My stomach is also tender to touch and I have not had a proper bowel movement for a few days. I also have nausea.
