Hi, I Have Had Some Strange Symptoms, It's Sort Of

Hi, I have had some strange symptoms, It's sort of like I'm dizzy but I'm not. Pretty much what happens is that I will have a moment where I just don't know where I am or what I am doing, I also am not able to focus during these times as my vision and hearing is affected. I usually have to remind myself where I am. This has been going on for a while and has been getting a little bit worse over time.
