Hi, I Have Had Sore Back Gums And A Sore

Hi, I have had sore back gums and a sore roof of my mouth. My glands under my jaw feel swollen and sore to the touch. I cannot even smell anything piquant without that sharp pain in my glands and over -salivation. Today, I have developed a headache and a very sore vaginal area. I really have no energy and just want to sleep. I also have Celiac Disease and asthma. Any idea what might be going on? Thank you, Susan
