Hi I Have Had Soreness In My Bowels For Over

Hi I have had soreness in my bowels for over a week now. I initially had very frequent diarrhea and then a few days of constipation and pain and now I have pain and mucousy diarrhea that is very pale and smells like fish. I have had a stool test sent off and am awaiting results but the smell of fish has just strated today. Thanks.
