Hi, I Have Had Stomach Problems For Many Years, And

Hi, I have had stomach problems for many years, and about 8 years ago I had HPylori and done a course of antibiotics. 8 years on and I still have a constant battle with my stomach. I have learned to manage it over the years, by not eating much, i can't have a normal sized dinner or my stomach gets inflamed and I end up making myself sick, to get rid of the discomfort. I have been doing this for 8 years . I recently had an endoscopy and apart from an inflamed stomach, the biopsies all came back normal. Duing the scan she seen a small change to the lining on my upper esophagus , but the results were fine. Is this something i will just have to live with and I'll never be able to have a normal diet, or do you think there could be anything else that's worth looking into? thanks Lorraine
