Hi, I Have Had Symptoms For 5 Months Of Cloudy

Hi, I have had symptoms for 5 months of cloudy urine speratically, pain on tip of penis with what looks like a white patch and occasional red bumps, discomfort in kidneys, and testical pain. I also have eye irritation in one eye. I was diagnosed with urethritis and prostatitus by the urologist and went on all sorts of antibiotics for weeks and weeks. The urethra is better but other symptoms persist.
