Hi I Have Had Symptoms Of Gnonoreah And Given The

Hi I have had symptoms of gnonoreah and given the injection 3 days ago.but since then I have quite abit of blood after urination and still painful to urinate.(worse than earlier)Also last few days after bowel movement I try to pee but I just get stabbing pain and my penis swells up and is very painful for around 10 mins.during the day the swelling goes down but then the same thing happens again. ..still waiting on blood tests.urine test was ok,haven'tconfirmed gnonoreah yet.could this be a prostate problem?
