Hi. I Have Had The Mirena In For A Year

Hi. I have had the Mirena in for a year now and up to the 10th month no problems. I had regular periods of up to 5 days in length and then no discharge no side effects what so ever. However the last two months I have bled 19 days stop for 5 and continue to spot till the next cycle. This last month was twenty days. Now I have abnormal snotty bloody discharge. That has lasted for two weeks. With this discharge I have notice clots that look like tissue from inside me after I go to the bathroom. Tmi I'm sorry. I have Headaches, dizziness, nauseas, breast have bumps around the Arreolas and crazy mood swings, feeling like I'm starving, ive gained 20lbs in two months. Can't sleep memory loss and all together just feel completely toxic and can't get out of bed. No odor with discharge no abdominal pain but it's all day long. I checked for strings couldn't find them had my husband help and they are really tiny he could barely feel them. We had sex 5 times last month. Getting worried because everything I'm experiencing feels like I'm pregnant. I'm wondering if it's out of place. Do I need to go to the doctor? I'm really worried. This is my second time on mirena first time no complications like this.
