Hi, I Have Had The Skyla In Since September 2017.

Hi, I have had the Skyla in since September 2017. I want it removed because it has given me major headaches, I can't really get much sleep at night and i have no clue as to why that happens, im also starting to realize it's making my skin break out so much, and i've never noticed a real problem until now. My question is; Is it possible I can take out my own Skyla BirthControl? Or would you recommend me going to my local doctors office to have it removed? I want it out immediately, and i'm not sure how long they will make me wait.
