Hi I Have Had The Feeling Of A Lump In

Hi I have had the feeling of a lump in my throat for a while now and have very bad nasal drip, I have been to the doctor and they gave me hayfever pills and pills for acid reflux but they arent helping. Also tried doing a diet for reflux and it helps a little but the lump feeling never really goes away. Also have a few sore throats
bit of coaching but this is due to try to clear my throat.
