Hi, I Have Had The Implanon For 3 Years In

I have had the implanon for 3 years in January 2016 and will be removing it soon. Before this period, I hadn't had one since May 2015 (Now August 2015) but this one has only lasted a couple of days which was light with minimal pain from cramps from day 3 onwards. It usually lasts around the 7 day mark but it continued until day 9 with light brown discharge in between and afterwards. The blood has stopped but I'm still dealing with the brown discharge, it has become so bad that I have to wear a light pad for protection and am still feeling pretty horrible. Is this normal? Can I do something to make it stop? Should I be worried? Thanks.
