Hi I Have Had The Marina Coil For Roughly Two

Hi I have had the marina coil for roughly two years now with no problems but the other night I checked i could still feel the strings and my coil seemed to be be in place but i experienced some really painful abdomanal pain when i layed down lasted about 5 to ten minutes I have also recently had tender nipples and my breasts have got bigger are these normal side effects?
