Hi I Have Had The Mirena In For About A

Hi I have had the mirena in for about a year now and this past week I have had very sore nipples just a slight touch causes so much pain. I have also been very nauseous and getting heart burn everytime I eat I have also had a problem with being very exhausted no matter how much I sleep. I took an at home pregnancy test which came up negative. I was wondering do you think I should have a blood test done?
