Hi I Have Had These Lumps Appear On My Head

Hi I have had these lumps appear on my head a few months ago. They hurt to the touch but lately they seem to be accompanied by very bad headaches.. so bad in fact that in a week I went through a bottle of exedrin. I went to ER a month or so ago and they gave me fiorocet and sent me on my way. Nor the exedrin or fiorcet has helped in anyway and I don't know what else to do. I have had these lumps come on different sides of my head and my head is throbbing like there is no tomorrow. About a yr or so ago I had 2 different neurologists ask me if I was ever told that I could have Ms. My headaches had previously been diagnosed as migraines but now they are cluster. What can all this mean? I have been in so much pain for the last few days and I don't know what to do. Can you please help me..
