Hi. I Have Had These Two Clear Fluid Small Blister

Hi. I have had these two clear fluid small blister like nodules just under the tip of my penis. For a few years now. Even before i engaged in sex function. Id just like to make sure it is nothing to problematic. They are sensitive when i try to pop them other than that no issues what so ever and no problems during sex.
