Hi, I Have Had This Almost Big Bug Bite Looking

Hi, I have had this almost big bug bite looking red thing on my forearm a little smaller than a dime for about a month or so. I work as a floor cleaner at a hospital so I'm worried it could be staph. It sometimes will have a tiny bit of pus come out when I pinch it, but its just not going away and looks worse lately. Any thoughts?
