Hi. I have had this bump on the shaft of my penis between my shady and scortum. It doesn’t itch nor hurt unless I apply pressure to it. I do shave that area with a machine and sometimes with a razor blade but don’t see a ingrown hair or white had. The bump is tender when I touch it but I’m concerned
