Hi I Have Had Three Kids Which Were All Sections

Hi I have had three kids which were all sections and I've had a stillborn which was labour also then i got a coil in last year and I've been bleeding on and of all the time with so much pelvic pain but this week has been worse with pain in the back left side and the blood is bright red then i went to the loo not long ago and there was a clot but no blood could I be miscarrying
