Hi, I Have Had Three Major Surgeries To Remove Large

Hi,

I have had three major surgeries to remove large ovarian cysts over a period of eleven years. I lost one ovary and fallopian tube in the last surgery, very recently.

In a letter from consultant, he says my Adnexa is tethered to my uterus but that one end of the fallopian tube is free. I am later advised to attend emergency gynaecology for early ultrasound if I conceive now and( I can now be referred to a recurrent miscarriage clinic). Will this increase the chance of miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy now? I have had some acute, specific pain around the location of existing ovary since surgery (it was brought on by coughing and over stretching, but suregon thought it was weird that this pain was on the existing ovary rather than the site of surgery. Could I have endometriosis? What things should I be looking for? And How can I gage whether it is sensible to try for children again? I don't know if I can handle more miscarriages.

Thanks so much
