Hi, I have had two techycardias, both sinus rhythms. withina month of each other. The first I had chest pains with. The second I had was with some virus and 103 fever. Could the causes be related?

I do have a cardiologist, the first time he thought is was pericarditis. He is seeing me on Tuesday for the new one. both times I had over 140 bpm at rest.
