Hi I Have Had Very Bad Neck Pain For A

Hi I have had very bad neck pain for a few weeks then I developed very bad flu like symptoms (headache, sore throat, dizziness, sensitive to light, sore stomach a bit, no fever) my neck is till very sore and my jaw and face have strange sensations and I still have flu symptoms. Do you think I just have the flu as I have no fever? I went to the hospital they did blood tests and a chest X-ray and ekg and all was normal.
