Hi, I Have Had What I Assume Is Gastroenteritis. It

Hi, I have had what I assume is gastroenteritis. It started two nights ago with the usual vomiting and diarrhea. Yesterday there was none of that but I have not yet felt I can eat. I haven't eaten since lunchtime two days ago. Instead I have severe leg aches to the point where I cannot sleep. Is this aching a normal part of gastro and would it be ok to take paracetamol?
