Hi, I Have Had What I Think Is The Flu

Hi, I have had what I think is the flu since the 15th. Painful intestines, nausea, general achiness all over as well as a continual low grade fever. As long as I stay on ibeprophin it stays at 100. When they start to wear off it goes to 101 to 102. My biggest concern is what appears, as checked online, a thunderclap headache. It comes on very suddenly and very strong in the upper forehead/temple area. It last only about a minute but is very painful. Any help is appreciated as I do not have insurance. And I know it is hard to do without seeing me.
