Hi, I Have Have Been Feeling Since Wednesday Around Midnight.

Hi, I have have been feeling since wednesday around midnight. My throat feels sore, dry, and congested. I have a dry cough. My muscles feel sore and fatigue. Also, my nose is heavily stopped up, I cannot stop sneezing, and my chest feels heavy. I have not checked my temperature today but yesterday it was exactly 99. Is it the flu, cold, or just allergies?
