Hi I Have Hep C I Am 56 Female I

Hi I have hep c I am 56 female I have enlarged spleen,varices veins, edema,fatigue,nausea.muscle and joint pain. My Dr. wants to start me on harvoni but she wants to get my nausea under control.I seem to be getting more symptoms like I'm so itchy and I have red blotches on my hands and feet. My last labs showed I had cirrhosis.Is there a point when I may be denied meds if cirrhosis gets worse?
