Hi, I Have High Fsh (32) But Had An Ovary

Hi, I have high fsh (32) but had an ovary scan yesterday. I have a mature follicle of 18mm and a smaller one of approx 10mm.
Does the 18mm follicle mean there will be an egg inside given its size? How soon can I expect to ovulate given its size? I am not under any treatment at the moment.
