Hi. I Have Hives And Itching That Comes And Goes

Hi. I have hives and itching that comes and goes within an hour in different parts of my body for several months. They are more intense at night. Do u think its scabies. They come and go. I have itchiness in my scalp, ears, neck, face, legs, arms, wrist, fingers, outside and inside feet.
