Hi, I Have Hyper Thyroidism, I Had Period On 1st

Hi, I have hyper thyroidism, i had period on 1st October after 28 days and had periods again on 12th October. This is first time i am having within 10 days, is this normal? i had unprotected sex yday, so bit worrying thinking about my period cycle, do i need to take iPill, i am already on carbimazole, any problems with taking ipill with carbimazole ?
