Hi, I Have Impigement In Right Shoulder..we Got A New

Hi, I have impigement in right shoulder..we got a new puppy and I tripped over her on our concrete porch, nothing breaking my fall, I landed directly on my right shoulder, can't move it or pick it up at all, now I have a big knot on the top of my shoulder and if I move it.. it sounds like it's grinding.. went to er and did x-ray and they said nothing was broken..it's going down the top of my arm and fingers are numb..can't blow dry my hair cause can't hold my arm up log enough..plz tell me what it could be.ty Tammy lee
