Hi.. I Have Impinged Nerve Root C5 Root N Also

Hi.. I have impinged nerve root C5 root n also indentation of my spinal cord..I don't want to have surgery..for now have been prescribed metaxalone ( Flexura D)
also have disc destination n annular tear at L 4. L 5 level
with ligaments flavum hypertrophy causing secondary canal stenosis.. I've already gone through a microdisectomy.. I want no more surgery ..plz help
