Hi, I Have Incredibly Sharp, Stitch-like Pain Under My Right

Hi, I have incredibly sharp, stitch-like pain under my right rib, feels like a blockage or inflammation of sorts. Started last night, whole abdomen was in pain, went to sleep and woke up feeling a little better but with all the pain concentrated around my upper right abdomen.
