Hi I Have Intermittent Pain And Swelling In My Groin

Hi
I have intermittent pain and swelling in my groin always on the right side the pain is like a really bad burning sensation there are never any marks of any kind it is right where my pubic hair is.Some days im fine and other days out of no where I experience a lot of burning pain so I have to walk with my right leg kind of pointing out, there are never any marks just pain and swelling then after a while the pain and swelling will subside.
