Hi, I Have Itchiness Around The Opening Of My Anal

Hi, I have itchiness around the opening of my anal which i assume because of tear on the skin. I realise the anal and surround area become itchy after a hard tools it also worsen because during sleep when it is itchy i rub it with tissue, other time i woke up and realise it's painful and swelling which i assume i rub or scratch it the night before. I remember back home i was prescribe micosten for the same reason but it is not over the counter medicine in some country. Please help
