Hi, I Have Itching Problem In My Whole Body. In

Hi, I have itching problem in my whole body. In its starting days it occurs once or twice in month but now it occurs on a daily basis. It is not like a skin decease it is like some allergy in my blood because when it starts my whole body like eyes, nose, lips my whole body itch and the temperature of my body increase as well when I scratch my skin it become red. I am using anti allergic tablets on alternate days or when it become non tolerable. I am using cetcip (cetirizine). I am tired from taking these medicine on a regular basis. Please help me.
