Hi I have just been to gym for a workout and with about 2 minutes into my treadmill run my right calf tightened really tight with cramp. I had warmed up with 10 mins on stepper. This has happened before and just put it down to cramp however being hydrated and 44 and a VO2 max of 41 I think I have a good level of fitness. Should I be worried about this?
